For best homemade pizza, let the oven heat up for several minutes, put a sheet of parchment paper on the peel and build your pie. Then pull the sheet into the oven and cook for 5 to 8 minutes until you can slide the paper from under the pie. Finish cooking for near perfect pizza.

I was hoping high when I ordered this pizza oven and I have not been disappointed. Simple, fast and easy!.
I have used a pre baked thin crust x two, a pre rolled refrigerated crust and pre baked flat breads and they all do well. I get mild Italian sausages either port or chi ken in the butcher market at Kroger (Fry's in AZ) and scoop small balls of sausage with a melon baller a brown them. I freeze the rest--1 sausage is enough for two pizzas. Use canned pizza sauce--onions, peppers tomato's and a mix of grated cheeses. Ummm! can do this faster than I can get to Pippa Murphy's. . I don't have any kids but I can see that if you did you would need to watch carefully as it would be real attractive to get into.. .

This item makes excellent pizza. It is also handy for making scrambled eggs, frying sausage, baking cookies. I am sure as time goes by I will find many more uses for it. The temperature control works great, it's easy to clean and doesn't take up a whole lot of space in the cabinet.
