I have long hair cats that need their rear ends shaved and these clippers cut their hair like butter. They did not work well with the guards on but with no guard on it worked amazing. I recently bought a $300 pair of name brand clippers and they would not cut the cats hair. So if your looking for a close shave these will work!

These clippers are amazing. Work great on fine hair on my yorkie. So so very quiet. My yorkie is very skiddish and these clippers did not bother her one bit !
