My nipples were soo sore the first week into breastfeeding and these have made it 10 times better! They keep my nipples from being too dry and have taken away the pain! Highly recommend getting as a must have!

I purchased these nipple caps when I was already 3 days into breastfeeding. My nipples were sore, bruised and starting to crack. I experienced significant healing in just 2 days of wearing them. I am now 7 weeks into my breastfeeding journey and I truly believe this product is what has helped me continue nursing my newborn by its healing properties. The only downside is they sometimes can pinch you when you're holding your baby or from your bra. I though perhaps I ordered the wrong size, I reordered another set and it has helped reduce the pinching but it still does happen from time to time. Overall though, I highly recommend this product for any breastfeeding mother.

These cups saved my life after coming home with my son. I successfully breastfed my daughter so didn't think I'd have any issues with baby number two. Days after the hospital my nipples looked like hamburger, cracked and bleeding all the time. After talking to my lactation consultant friend she recommended these. These helped so much with the pain (I'd pop them in the freezer for a few seconds) and allowed my nipples the time they needed to heal in between feedings. Great quality and easy to clean! My son never changed in his latch so they never seemed to bother him. I've already recommended them to three expecting moms.

As a first time mom, I had no idea what to expect for breastfeeding. At day 3 I was in so much discomfort and pain that I would literally tense my entire body before a feeding session and shriek if anything touched me. I thought I would have to give up breastfeeding because I couldn't take it anymore.
Since these were so affordable and the delivery was next day, I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did!
To clean, all I had to do was run these under hot water, then dry with a soft cloth. That was it, no other cleaning needed before using.
When I put them on for the first time, literally instant relief. The covers allowed the breast milk to help heal my skin and provided a shield from the cold/from friction from my clothing/bras/nipple pads.
The best way to keep these on is by using a bra/nursing camisole or tighter top. They stay on pretty well by themselves if you don't move around a lot, but I'm not confident they would stay on if you were just wearing a robe.
I've only had these a few days, so I can't speak to how they last long term. Planning on updating this review after a few months to speak to the longevity.
Honestly, I wish I would have had these at the hospital. I am seriously considering getting another pair, just in case I ever misplace them.

Just buy them. I knew after the first feeding that I was going to need some relief, so I had my husband buy me these not even 2 hours postpartum. I should have already had them on hand. They have helped tremendously, healing the cracked and red nipples and protecting them from rubbing. Just buy them, you won't regret it.
