This is a lovely powdered drink. Once I add 16 Oz of water to the powder in a single sachet it turns into a lovely, light pink, delicious and thoroughly enjoyable drink. It makes the water wetter and thus more hydrating. Look up the ingredients. I believe this company, Pique, cares about your health. They sell many other kinds but this is my favorite.

I love this stuff! I dislike Gatorade and things like it so I was surprised that I liked this. I got a sample of it with my last order of tea and it makes such a difference in my hydration. I just got this product recently and have been drinking this every day for the past week. I was a bit skeptical at first about the no added sugar, but honestly, this tastes amazing! The raspberry comes off very strong and fragrant and it definitely makes drinking water much more fun. It really helps rehydrate on the days where I don't get enough water in. They also use quality ingredients in their sachets. Their electrolyte drink contains ceramides and hyaluronic acid which are both known to be great for skin.
