Even though this is the maiximum non-prescription strength 5% Lidocaine, it compares very well with prescription strength Lidocaine and Prilocaine Cream 2.5%/2.5% and absorbs better into the skin .

Repeat customer here! I prefer this brand of lidocaine cream, it's thick and absorbs well, takes a minute or so to dry. I've tried a lidocaine lotion before, but it was thin and runny in texture and didn't perform as well as this cream. This product is called "Lidocaine Numbing Cream" and that's exactly what it does.
