First unit came damaged. Company took back unit and send another. Extremely helpful, both the company and the Amazon seller. The PA can put out some very decent volume, it does get loud; I used it for outdoor events a few times. The Bluetooth connectivity feature is nice. Would highly suggest it as a budget powered PA.
