Great tool for a widower to cook creative balanced meals for one. No more pot pies for this kid every other night. I have an extremely busy work schedule. I can prep the meal, leave it in the fridge and when ready to go, dinner less than 45 minutes. I have not tried the slow cook features yet, but it has done a fine job on everything I've cooked so far. I have used it everyday and it has been great to have a "home cooked" style meal. It is a bit pricey, but I have been eating healthier and with more varieties of meal selection.

Think about how many tools you've purchased for your kitchen that either end up useless on the counter or stuffed away in a drawer. I can name more than a half dozen without skipping a beat. But what can I say, the Brava simply works. In fact, it works so well I purchased a second one for my mother in law's house.
Why? In part, because yes, I am the great son-in-law ever, but honestly it is because we love it so much and with all the time we are spending at her house we wanted to use it in all the same ways we do at our house. Whether it is quickly cooking fool-proof broccoli & chicken nuggets or quesadillas for our young boys or making a gourmet dinner for the adults, the Brava is our go to device at home, so giving this to our in-laws was a no-brainer.
My in-laws has been Brava-curious for a while now, but just never pulled the trigger, so if you're thinking of doing the same, take the plunge and thank me later.

The media could not be loaded. I got mine a few weeks ago and has been great! In the past I've had trouble with ordering entirely too much take out because I just didn't have the energy to cook but having the Brava has made the prospect of cooking a lot less intimidating. Everything I've cooked in it has been amazing and I've been super impressed with how well it cooks meats. From grilling, to baking to braising this thing nails it every time.
Also from someone who suffers from a fair amount of decision paralysis around meals I LOVE being able to filter through the recipes in the app and easily find something that jives with the ingredients I have and the active time I want to spend.
