I don't know what's what when it comes to properly tuned ocarinas, and this is my first one. Sounds and looks nice for the price!
My biggest gripe isn't actually with the ocarina, but the mini "song book" that comes with it. Half the songs use tabs in which the pictures are so small/fuzzy that you can't even tell which holes are colored in or not. Kind of makes the song book useless (for the song portion at least, it still has a legible explanation on finger positions and the like).
