Do not let the negative reviews stop you from purchasing this nice Xerox machine. I've had great success, very easy to use and easy set up. If you need to know anything about this machine go to YouTube and there are plenty of videos.

Print quality is good, as is scan quality.
Only limitation vs a Canon it replaced, you can't scan 2 sided documents in the automatic document feeder.
Scanning is available either one page on glass or in bulk with document feeder but doc feeder handles only 1 sided pages. Can print 2 sided no problem, just can't scan 2 sided. Otherwise just as good as a much larger and more expensive Canon it has replaced.
