Love this stuff. I use it in its powdered form for dog treats. The treats are then dehydrated, so this is a truly spectacular way to get a great protein source without sacrificing shelf stability like "real" eggs would.

Hard to create whipped peaks

I got this for a recipe for a keto bread which called for dried egg whites and indicated that I needed to create peaks for the recipe. I never achieved that. I'll try again to make sure it wasn't my technique that kept me from creating the whipped peaks. Either way, the receipt still tasted good, it just wasn't as fluffy as it should have for this reason.

I bought this product to use in a carnivore pizza crust recipe. I haven't used it yet, but there is no way it could be worse than the cauliflower crust I tried last week. I found the recipe online (Chris cooks Nashville), and I watched as he was able to actually pick up a piece of meat laden pizza, and eat it like a regular thin crust pizza...there was even some crunch when he bit into it. That's good enough for me. If this is as good as it looks, I'll be buying a lot more!
