Pros: heats up nicely in front and back, Velcro is the low profile kind that is less likely to damage fabric, nice vibration massage, long battery charge (using all the settings on the highest levels simultaneously"¦lasted a couple hours), ability to directly plug in, removable metal stays in back, tightening straps (great for making the massage intensity better and if you need more of back brace level support, helpful battery charge percentage left indicator), can easily sit in chair or walk with device, product says it is far infrared heat, which was important to me for penetrating to deeper muscles and not heating up too hot on the surface. I purchased several belts that either just heat up, both heat and vibrate, or both heat and inflate. This was the best one by far. It has helped me with lower back pain (reducing the pain so that it doesn't get worse) and with cramps (don't need to take as much ibuprofen). When necessary, I have worn it for several hours a day. It has been helpful when taking my dog for a walk (especially when it is chilly outside and back isn't feeling great), when cooking/cleaning for long periods, and when sitting at desk. I am going to look into buying a second battery just for when I want to wear it continuously all day. I have been able to easily hide it under a loose sweater or hoodie for wearing in public. Outside, the noise from the massage vibration has not been noticeable to others. However, indoors, the noise is noticeable"¦and if you use the massage setting while leaning on a sofa, other people on the sofa will feel it (my dog doesn't mind, but some people might be bothered by this). I am curious to try it when skiing. This has been a great tool for helping manage my chronic pain.
Cons: The three levels cycle on their own. So, for example, if you pick the highest heat level, after a certain number of minutes, it automatically switches to the next setting and so forth. Not the end of the world. The massage levels do not change intensity"¦same intensity but the 2nd and 3rd levels add pauses. I prefer continuous vibration"¦so just like the 1 level for massage.

I didn't realize how much I needed this in my life until I wore it. Warms fast, then automatically reduce the temperature in order to not get too hot and stay comfortable. I appreciate the settings and the controls. Big Fan!!

This is a priced higher then some other models. Do NOT buy a cheap model. This is priced because the battery is supreme, the heat is good, and it is not at all bulky (see the picture under my shirt). You pay for what you get and im glad i paid the higher price.

Took a chance on this item because I liked that it was wireless & had so many functions. Absolutely worth the chance. Battery life is good even with heat & massage on, easily 2hrs with both on. There is a pocket inside where you can put an ice pack if you need to alternate. With the 2 velcro adjustment straps you can move it around to wherever you need it on your body. This is also affective as a back brace while you are using it. My husband and I both have back issues & now we use this constantly. I have shared this item with many coworkers & friends.

The heat is great on my back. Does take some getting used to wearing it.
