I bought this thinking it was blue corn flour. I thought oh crap hahaha. I removed the kernels and placed them in the vitamin and turned it into flour. My corn bread came out amazing deep purple color, moist and had the best flavor! I'll never use yellow cornmeal again. I will definitely be buying these yummy blue corn of the cobs again
