I have very fine, thinning silver hair that has no body or volume at all, just lays flat. I got this product hoping to add some volume to it.
This is the first time I have found a flat iron that doesn't leave creases in my hair, but does give me the volume I was looking for. And the wuality of the product truly impressed me. I took a chance and bought 3 different styling tools (heated straightening brush, curling iron and straightening iron) from Ella Bella, a brand which I had never heard of before but I'm so thankful I did. I absolutely love all 3 products and was super impressed with not only the functionality & beautiful presentation of the styling tools but also with the addition of the freebies given in each box (silicone mat and protective glove) AND the amazing customer service!!! I texted the phone number provided in the box to activate my warranties and was delighted to receive a text response from the fabulous owner herself not even 24hrs later versus just dealing with an automated service. And then to add some more razzle dazzle I received a follow up text about 2 weeks later from the owner just checking in to make sure everything was working well and to see if I had any questions. That sort of personal touch is unheard of these days in a world where everywhere is moving to eliminate people which is tragic because it's people that truly create those special experiences and foster brand loyalty. The gorgeous products also speak for themselves. Everything was super easy to use and the owner even provided follow up tips. You also get a lot of bang for your buck especially considering the addition of those freebie gifts, which I appreciate considering my pockets are pretty shallow so every dollar matters. I bought this for my daughter and I tried it myself. I loved it so much, I bought one for myself. My old flat iron took at least 15 minutes to straighten my hair. This one works so great, I am finished in five minutes. I love the setting options depending on your hair texture. The customer service is wonderful and quick to respond.
