Good but damaged

I love how compact this is. It's perfect for homeschooling. But, it was damaged at some point. The box was fine but the top corner was completely broken off & also missing the clear plastic cover that goes over it.

It does what it's meant for. But I am upset that there was a corner plastic protective cover missing on one of the corners which now has some damage and the whiteboard has dents. Also, I'm not sure if it's the eraser or the markers it comes with, but after testing it and erasing the words, there was still a shadow of the words. It doesn't fully erase. Unfortunately I really don't have the time to send this back for a replacement and possibly get another one that has the same or similar issues, or to buy a new one. It's still in good condition even with the minor dings and dents. As for the maker or eraser issue, I'm just going to test out other marker brands. If it wasn't for these issues I would have given a full 5 stars.

I bought these easels to use for our game nights, specifically Pictionary. And they are perfect!! They can be situated on the floor using the telescopic legs or they can be put on a table, either way, they're great!

Just received this product. I Wish the product would work. The product does not stand up as the screw to tighten the legs is made of cheap plastic and will not thread. I have contacted the seller. Hopefully they will send me the part I need for this. I'll update the post after I hear back.
Update- I was sent a new easel and it worked well. I really like the easel and the convenience of being able to change the heights. I'm hoping it lasts. The screw to adjust heights is cheaper plastic and the original easel I received would not thread and had small dents on the board. I updated my post and rating to reflect as the seller was fast on fixing the issue and sending a new one that works
