These aluminum pans work very well. I still love to cook, but through my disability, I have to take a lot of shortcuts. I buy veggies that are already chopped, I use some sauces that are premade, and I use aluminum baking pans so I don't have extra cleanup. These are the same quality as the supermarket brands, but far cheaper. I highly recommend.

I was happy to get these disposable trays. They owkred great for frittatas and bacon. they were impossible with lasagne, as they are not sturdy. I nearly dropped the pans coming out of the oven. So purchase them understanding they are only for lite weight items, and can't be cleaned.
