It worth my money. Time delivery was great. That ac and heat work very will it can cook my big garage. Look exactly like the photo. Recommend it for large room.
Works well...so far

Installed easy. Only used it for heat so far. Not as powerful as I expected for 10k btu, but made warm air. Be aware the min clearance for the unit applies to the width from the inside wall to the outside wall. Even with 2"x6" wall, plus drywall & siding, I needed to add a piece of wide on the outside so the clamps could be sufficiently tightened.
Well worth it

It's fantastic will keep a room frozen. Iv only played with the heat just to test it and it's no fire pit but could keep a small like workshop or something warmer when it's chilly. So far my only complaint would be there's no way to turn off the LEDs unless it's in sleep mode and they are BRIGHT I ended up buying these like lil peices of tint to darken them. And it dose have a bit of a "drone" or rumble to it when cooking witch wouldn't bother me at all. Except I live in a 15 year old trailer with paper walls and quickly found out what window rattles etc"¦but other than that ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
Gave it a shot in my shop - impressed so far

Unit came, box was in good shape, nothing happened in shipping (thumb up). I got it unpacked and spaced out the window (horizontal) for install. Using some temp R6 board to fill the gap with some weather stripping until I can sort out what I want to do semi-permanently.

I let it rest 24hrs after shipping and getting tipped around.

Previously in my shop I've used a stand up ceramic heater on Level 1 (750w), and generally it keeps the area at ~56-63F deg depending on the weather. I can bet on Nov-Mar that heater costing me around $30 a mo to operate.

I powered this up last night and I can confirm is a fraction of the noise of my old AC/Dehumidifier 14,000 standup unit with a dual pipe. It puts a low tone as it spins up, and just a faint bit of vibration at times but not all the time. I was at 58F and set it at its default 72. Outside was 44F and raining. Unit had my shop at 72 in about ~12 mins. This was a bit warm for me after moving around and backed it off a little to what my ceramic heater was doing. Left it at 62 (lowest setting).
I got up the next morning. I never heard the unit from my house which is great. I opened my shop door and its 65F on my thermometer. Humidity level was noticeably more comfortable.

So far I'm impressed. I'm going to keep an eye on a kilowatt meter so I can get an idea what the unit is drawing. Right now I can't report that. I'll circle back. I saw the warning about its effectiveness sub freezing so looking forward to seeing how that pans out. Have some lower 30F weather coming so that will also be interesting to see how it does.

Update: Temps dipped to 24. System flips to "LO" but kept my shop at 58. Seems to keep working at 27. So like the manual says you may need supplemental heat if you dip into the teens or below. I'm on track for $11 a month @ .08/kWh and it holds 60-65 deg. I have it in ECO mode since I don't live in the space I'm heating and 58-62 would be all I need to keep things from freezing. I suspect taking it out of ECO mode would activate the inverter more and of course cost more in the winter at low temps. I'll test that next winter.
Summer time now since I've installed it is averaging $0.25 cents a day for usage. AC works great keeping the room around 68-72F. In cool mode the fans run 100% of the time on the inside. Does not appear to be a way to turn them off. So thats the only negative I can come up with but I do like the air circulated while working out so I'm not mad.
A great product for temperate weather.

So let me explain the one thing that makes this unit worth the money. The heater is a full-inverter heat pump, not just a resistive coil. It can cool and heat a relatively large space with very little power, and it doesn't block your entire window.

It can still work in 30 degree weather and it has a built in defrost cycle for the coils, but it stops working in anything much colder.

Everything else is good to fine. It is reasonably quiet. The app control is a little clunky like all of them, but above average. I've had no reliability issues after nearly a year. My wife really likes that it doesn't block the window.

I would love to see other competitors from legacy brands build on this concept, but so far it as I can tell it doesn't exist anywhere else.
