But eating out is prohibitive these days
I tried this w/o expecting too much
However I enjoyed it a Lot. My family know how picky I am and almost Never eat leftovers
But I surprised myself by eating every bit
Be aware this makes a large pot of soup
So next time I'm gonna to try using half of the contents I have ordered again

so, the flavor is excellent, but no matter how long i cooked it, the little diced potatoes never got soft enough so if you dont mind that,then this is a great soup

I skeptical because this is powder soup mix. The flavor is really good and the dehydrated broccoli tastes like really broccoli. The texture is real broccoli! This great for camping or travel. It is an 8 serving size bag but they have instructions for making a single serving. I can't cook but I can boil water!
