It is a very nice product for the price and quality. The only issue I have is my TV knows it is not a factory unit. So I am compelled by the TV to sync it at the start of the day. As long as you leave the TV on, it works seamlessly. I really like the way the voice channel changer works! It even switches to streaming channels. I would give it 4.8 stars but that is not an option.

The media could not be loaded. Well okay I bought this universal remote from Hisense for my Hisense TV which my Hisense TV is a older model it's not a smart TV one of my first HD TVs I got back in 2012 and it's been working great ever since these are some Workhorse TVs I call them but the remote control has had its day because it's the original remote control that came with it power button stopped working and it was hard to change the channels so the next best thing to do is to find something to take its place and Amazon has something that look promising a universal remote from Hisense that works on all the TVs okay what I got to lose I'm going to go ahead and get it this remote works great it controls what I need for it to control with the older TV not only that I can also use it on the smart TV I have a Roku TV 55 inch Hisense TV and it said that this remote control works on all the Hisense so I will use it for both when I need to but I only need it for the older model one it comes in a tool pack that's the one I bought so just in case one breaks down which I hope it doesn't I can always go to the other one that I have so far it works great on both TVs I have tried it I got a bang for my buck about $12 and something so I'm not sad at all or disappointed so this would do me fine but when it comes down to the TVs this is my brand I love these TVs they last a long time they look good and I haven't went wrong since I bought my first one so that's what keeps me coming back far as the remote control goes it lasted a long time but it finally went out had to get something different or something better they had what I was looking for not only that don't best thing about this remote you don't have to put in no code to get it to work it works fine so if you have a license TV or like that I recommend this product give it a try test it for yourself I guarantee you will be happy with it some things might not work it depends what type of model TV you have but a lot of things will work this is a replacement remote control it's not the original one that came with it you would have to order the original one that came with it to get everything to work properly the way you want it but far as getting channels and volumes turned up or down and changing inputs to watch different things you can't go wrong so give it a try you may like it just as much as I like it oh and one other thing my first TV is a 42-in TV regular television not smart TV so this remote works great on non-smart TVs by Hisense so give it a try if you got old TV do you like to get back started and you needed a remote this will work fine have fun enjoy

Works great has to be pouted directly at the tv with nothing blocking it also the speak to type button doesn't work, I don't use it so I don't Care but works good

This replacement remote is slightly different from the original one I started out with but that is understandable considering it's aftermarket in a way. In the reviews it is stated that this remote sometimes does not react when you press the buttons I find that we are I think used to the old buttons and they are blown out whereas when you get the new remote they react differently and I find that if I just press firmly everything seems to work just fine including voice commands would recommend.. a few months have now gone by and I have to admit the complaint about how hard or deliberately you have to push the buttons in order for the remote to respond, is a valid complaint. I accidentally dropped my original remote in the sink while washing dishes unaware and killed it. I purchase a couple from store but not good. Saw this and ordered immediately! I love that it had the app buttons I used the most on it and it also had dial buttons for channels instead of having to scroll up and down for channels. So light weight and looks good too. I love it and it saved me 😄
