I was really looking forward to utilizing and adding this product to my home gym. I must report that the strap fits well around the door, however the clip is not enough to hold the strap as it pulls away from the door several inches. I am afraid that this will cause one to have a serious injury (safety concern for sure). It would be nice if there were a solution to this issue as I can see this product being a great workout tool if not for the risk it poses. I would love to keep the product versus sending it back of which will be inevitable if a resolution is not in sight. Some of the earlier customer reviews were correct about this product (trouble with strap). Please offer any fix for this issue before someone gets hurt and prior to my sending it back.

Quality control issues. Missing lower loop on one strap.

Overall the quality is good. I was hoping to use this for some lumbar traction methods that would work better with the lower hook loop. One of the primary straps going down the door is unfortunately missing the (lower right) strap loop so I'm missing out on some exercises I could otherwise do. I'll try for replacement from company and see how that goes.

The product works well, I'm able to do a wide range of exercises needed for my physical therapy with this set alone. The accountability in sending the part alone was all I could expect. The refund shows an understanding that the customers time is worth something, which I appreciate. And they didn't bug me to change or edit my initial review, would recommend.

This is a really interesting system. It was simple to install and fit on my door perfectly. And it is very bit as versatile as it looks on the product page. There are a couple of different ways to secure the bands to the connection points along the height of the door strap. But you can hit pretty much everything. Need more weight? Add a strap. It's really simple. Now, I am a big dude with a pretty good strength base, and I am looking to do reps to slim down, which this system is perfect for. So, no matter your size, if that describes what you are looking for, high reps and lots of ways to move, this is a really great answer.

Bought this for basic home stretches. I live in a small apartment and the set up feels very space-efficient.
The installation was relatively simple and it all feels sturdy enough on the door. I also like that it came with different bands for different resistance levels.
If I had to nitpick, my only complaint is that when not in use, the bands flop around a bit as you open and close the door. (Though if it bothers you too much, you can always place and remove the bands before and after each use).
