I was having an issue. They fixed it and did an excellent job of it. It would make one pass and then fail on the 2nd pass every time. I contacted FoxAlien, and they sent me a new Motherboard, and quickly it came from China in a couple of days. Man, I was impressed. It did take me a while to install the new board, but it was not hard. Now it works great! They also sent me a gift of their new 1/4" bits set as a thank you for my troubles, and they are sweet!
This is the best machine on the market for the price. If I were to do it again, I would upgrade to their newer version without belts. They work and everything, but they do collect chips, etc. So if you can afford one, get the upgraded ones with the screw-type system.
Original Review: For whatever reason, it will not cut the same path over and over. It does one pass ok, and then the next cut, it just does whatever it wants to for the second pass? I keep getting this problem over and over. Nothing changes it. All belts are tight; it's not hot, I rewrote the file three times, so I know the G-Code is good. I am using Vectric 2D Cut software and the Candle software that came with the machine. This is useless as a CNC; it is just a paperweight and expensive. Not a happy guy right now. Can you fix this?

This has been an easy to use, fun machine so far. I ditched the stock spindle as soon as I got it and put a trim router on instead. I also installed dust guards over the belts after only a couple of uses. I just used some thin aluminum, cut it down to size and screwed it to the bed.
So far I have used it for some sign and ornament carving, cutting acrylic sheets and making some wooden bayonet displays. I haven't really had any real issues with it that wasn't operator error. It's been a solid little desktop CNC for me.

Had a few issues with setting up on the technical side of things but contacted FoxAlien and they were a big help to get the technical side of things going for me through messenger. I had to work on there schedule to get took care of but that's part of it. The masuter pro is solid went together within an hour . The only real downside of this machine is the spindle it's 60w which might be alright for poplar or maybe etching a light engrave but the Baltic birch plywood I been using it struggles . So I'm upgrading the spindle. Which honestly FoxAlien needs to at least pair it with the 300w spindle rather than 60w. But they do send a 65mm mount for the Makita router or you could even fit it with an 800w spindle,which I have one one the way In a kit with controller. Really like most have said the only two faults is the spindle and the stepper motors which are nema 17 I think 1.5 amp but they work . Just need fix me some dust covers for them. But all in all FoxAlien is a great company with great support and there machines are pretty solid and easy to use with some trial and error as with anything new to do and learn. . I would buy again and will likely get the extension kit later. 5 stars on customer support and 4.5 on the machine spindle the biggest reason of the 4.5. kudos keep improving FoxAlien...

The media could not be loaded. I am new to CNC and purchase this model to expand my Woodworking hobby. Hello, after running some test cuts on my Masuter Pro, here is my first project: a Chinese Checkers board. It has a 15 inch diameter, carved on 1/2 inch MDF. Will finish it later with some paint.
Used 1/8 and 1/4 inch Down Cut spiral bits, and 1/2 inch cove bit, all of them 1/4 inch shank. During the video you can notice that the loud noise is from my vacuum, louder that the router, near the end of the video I turned the vacuum off. Assembly wasn't difficult at all, and it worked without very well as shipped from factory, seems that they have very good quality control.
