I use these bags to line a 5 gallon bucket and then brine my turkey in it. It fits well and keeps my brine and turkey from coming in contact with the plastic of the bucket. Some buckets are food grade, while others aren't. The bags help to ensure it doesn't matter what bucket I use. Plus, it makes cleanup a lot easier and less smell get soaked into the bucket.

These oven bags are not just turkeys, I use this every time I use my slow cooker. I simply line the bag in my slow cooker and put the food in the bag. Keeps my slow cooker ceramic pan clean. Clean up is a piece of cake, just toss the bag. I use this when I make pulled pork, a roast and anything really. Oh and of course turkey. It actually cuts the turkey cooking time by about 30 to 40 mins and turkey is alway juicy. Highly recommended.
