They taste pretty good. I didn't see the effects right away, but after 2 weeks or so my appetite drastically reduced. I got full quicker and stayed full for longer. I was taking an additional fiber supplement which I'm sure helped as well. But I have been taking fiber for years without such satiety. I'd definitely buy this product again. I only gave 4 stars because it didn't really boost metabolism.
