Santa delivered the King Tiger for our 7 year old for Christmas. Our son was so excited! We charged it and were all impressed with the tank. It is easy to drive-even over varied surfaces, the turret spins and the tank recoils when it shoots. It also lights up and comes with high quality army men.
After initial use we charged it again and our son tried to unplug the battery but pulled on the wires instead of the plug and the wires disconnected. To say we were all disappointed is an understatement.
I contacted the seller to see if we could purchase a new charger. The seller was quick to offer a whole new tank free of charge so we could use the new charger for both tanks and now we could battle them. The seller always responded quickly and professionally. We were notified of it being shipped and when we should expect delivery and it was delivered as anticipated a few weeks ago.
We surprised our son with the 2nd tank today and after getting both tanks charged my son and husband are enjoying battling them. We never expected to use that aspect of the toy. We could not be happier with our experience! Definitely would recommend.
