I find these much easier to use than wooden cutting boards. So easy to pick up and scrap whatever you've cut. Love that i can stand them up on any of the edges of the lower dishwasher rack so I know they are clean. These were a gift for my granddaughters first apartment. The picture is some of mine that are probably 25 years old. They last forever!
