Everything was neatly packaged and easy to assemble. Some people have mentioned it doesn't include instructions. It does not, however, it's very easy to work out based on the picture. Included a screwdriver, screws and pre-drilled holes. Plus all the accessory toys. Took about 30 minutes in all to completely set up. Super cute.

Product is as described and will work well for our bird. Did not come with instructions but it did come with a screwdriver, nice! We will not be using the rope toy or bell toy. The rope toy is not woven tight and is not safe for birds to chew on. The woven toy has glue and since I cannot be sure if it is safe to chew on, we are not using this toy either. We took off the bells from the bottom of the swing. Can't wait to see the bird try it out!
My Greenheck Conure loves it. She was ready to climb on it and play while I was putting it together.

My birds liked it before I even finished putting it together. It was very easy to put together. The only thing is that for some reason it's a little uneven. And I took off the lease on the toy with the bells because bird could choke on those sequins. Otherwise, surprisingly good for the price. Wood is a bit soft so if you have birds that are big time chewers it might not last as long as you wish, but that would be true for any play ground. I like that it's natural wood because then I can feel comfortable that it's not toxic to birds.
