I like a firm mattress, but not everyone does, and this one is for my guest bedroom. I haven't slept on a gel mattress, so I am not used to the feel of it. But it will be fine for the short-term use that guests will make of it. So far, so good. Will update when I have more of a chance to evaluate it. Delivered on time. Box was damaged, but product was not damaged. So, all is well.
