The plants I received looked great except for one - She was a lil droopy looking. I hoped it was travel/heat shock so I watered her from the bottom and hoped for the best, but as the days went on she didn't recover. The plant died. Super sad. The other 3 look great and are growing. I wonder if I can get a replacement for the one that didn't make it?

My plants came in excellent condition, packed well, leaves full and thriving. I did, however, somehow get some tagalongs: a family of tiny brown ants. I emailed the address on the insert that came with the plants, and they responded within the hour! They gave me advice, and stated if the ants didn't go away, they'd replace my order for free. Before trying their advice, I just put the plants outside for an overnight, and the ants were gone. I didn't feel the need for replacement, but I must say I am a 100% satisfied customer and am about to put another order in with them. Thank you!

1 plant took a beating on the way here or immediately before they boxed it and 2 of my plants are very similar.

The plants that are received turned out good they weren't damaged or anything. They didn't really come with instructions but there was some stuff on the side that tells you what kind of plants you have as well as some general care instructions. The part that I do not like is it includes an insert that says you get access to a free plant app however once you scan and sign up it cost like $30 a year for the app if you're going to offer a trial then say trial don't say that the app is free and then charge for it once you sign up I think that was kind of shady. Other than that the plants themselves are pretty cool and look pretty good hopefully everything works out.
