Hoping that by writing a review here someone will respond. We love our machine, but recently after a shot pours it malfunctions. The shot poured, then it abruptly stops and all the lights start flashing. Tried using the steam wand, stops in the middle and all the lights start flashing. We unplugged it, we factory reset it, we waited a day, and all the sudden it started working again for 1 week. Now we're back to all the lights flashing, and not working. We have emailed customer service 3 times, no response, and we can't seem to find another way to contact them. Can't find anything in troubleshooting about all the lights flashing.

Best espresso machine ever.

I purchased this machine about six weeks ago, it arrived quickly, I followed the instructions and managed to get it up and running relatively easily, and I did not have the problems understanding the directions that others describe. The coffee that it makes is very good and suits my tastes fine. I particularly like Americanos, which require several shots of espresso, therefore I grind about six cups a day. The problem comes in with the "powder outlet channel" becoming blocked. The user manual says to clean the grinder and outlet channel every two weeks to prevent it from becoming blocked. For me, the outlet channel becomes blocked after just a few grinds, practically daily. It is not simple to clean the channel and the tools provided are inadequate to do the task. There appears to be a little pocket within the powder outlet channel where the powder accumulates, and the powder must be dug out of this little pocket manually. This little pocket cannot be entirely seen by your eyes, and you have to feel for it with a tool to find it, and there isn't any tool that is provided with the machine that will do this task. I have to use a high-powered vacuum and an unfolded straightened-out paperclip bent to have a little hook in the end to access the little pocket to clean the powder out. This something a I have to do sometimes on a daily basis, which makes having my daily coffee very labor-intensive. Adjusting the coarseness of the coffee grinder makes no difference, believe me I've tried. So, if someone knows how to prevent the channel from becoming blocked or knows an easier way to clean it, I would be very happy to hear it. I otherwise like everything else about this machine.

Bought several months ago when it was first posted, and was fortunate to get it for a ridiculous promo price for under $140 with a code from an amazon affiliate on instagram. Hasn't gone done to that price since unfortunately... has a timer setting to grind coffee beans, you can adjust the temperature as well. Has a steamer, pours water, comes with an attachment for one cup or two, brush to clean, and 4 different metal filters.I look forward every morning to making coffee with this coffee machine. CON: I don't like the wait time in between functions.
