The Yulu E10 plus has been a great upgrade to my factory unit in my 2017 F250. Install was not difficult, but I did need to reach out to customer support a few times (back up camera). They were very responsive and helped in getting all functions working properly. Best part compared to other brands is the factory functionality retained and I like that the manual a/c controls are incorporated.

I have a 2019 F550 wrecker with a Sync 1 system, very basic as you can imagine. This unit was easy to install and worked very well !!! I needed help from their tech support at 8am central to get an upgrade file, they were available and very good to work with. Total install time was 3 hours start to finish.

I installed this unit is a 2018 Ford F350. The wiring was very intimidating at first and according to the paperwork sent with the unit it doesn't need the audio box harness but was not the case. I had to remove a couple times but once I got everything figured out it works great and tech support is amazing. It took several hours for them to get back to me but they answered all my questions. I would buy and install again.

My truck is a 2018 Ford F-150 XLT. It came with manual air-conditioning and the 4" screen. I wanted to upgrade it to a larger display. After doing research for available options, I went with the YULU. It had more features than other offerings and very good reviews for the customer service.

I ordered my YULU E10 on May 15, 2023, and received it tree days later. It was very well packaged and was not damaged in any way. All the necessary items to remove the old radio/display and install the YULU were in the box. Instructions for the installation were easy to follow especially if you watch the videos YULU has posted on YOUTUBE.

The entire installation process took me a little over three hours, but I was constantly stopping to double check with the video. The whole process was much easier than I had imagined it to be. It looks great and everyone that sees it is amazed by it and tell me that it looks like it was a factory option. That's one of the many things I like about it, is that it built for the truck, and you can't tell it is after market.

I love how easy it is to navigate through all the different functions YULU has to offer. I really like the ability to have full screen functionality or the split screen dual use. I have not installed a sim card yet. I just use my cell phone as a hotspot, and it works great.

I did have an issue when the over the air radio stopped working the first time, I used the media button on the steering wheel. I called the help line but didn't leave a message. I just figured I would call back later. I was surprised when an hour later I received a text from the support number asking if I needed assistance and how they could help. I texted my issues to them and hey emailed me the solution with step-by-step instructions. It worked great and the issue was resolved. Very attentive of the company to text back a number that called but didn't even leave a message just to make sure it wasn't a customer with a question.

While texting them, I also explained that the factory back-up camera does not work well with YULU, the image is jumpy and not clear. YULU is sending me the replacement for FREE! You can't beat that for customer service!

I would recommend this product to anyone. The quality of the design and the excellent customer service support is worth every dollar spent.

Product does everything as described. Only issue I had is that I have a rear camera only but customer service was able to help promptly will be sending me the front camera to make the system work 100% correctly. Great customer service fast response.
