I bought this for a kneecap injury because my old ice bag would not stay on my knee. This is a large, heavy ice pack made of thick, durable material with very strong Velcro straps. Great for adults but not for children. This thing is more of an ICE PAD than an ICE PACK. It can be strapped to arms & legs without falling off and even laid flat for your back & neck.
This would be a great to have on hand for serious needs along with a smaller ice pack for lesser needs. Highly Recommended!

I use the Kingpavonini on my knee. I love that it wraps around my entire knee! The sturdy Velcro straps keep it snug and secure. The gel filling lasts for up to 2 hours once frozen which is convenient because I can repeat icing my knee without having to refreeze it. It also targets the swelling around my knee all at once.

I use this after my meniscus knee surgery. Is says this is a XXL size - I am 5'3" woman and weigh a 125 lbs, (age 71) so I'm not huge, and this barley fit around my knee with all the dressing on it. After dressing could be removed it fit just fine. It is not a flexible as they claim. and it is heavy - there is no way I would walk with this thing on. Overall, it does a good job in the icing department and I like that it fits all the way around your knee. I found it worked best if you take it out of the freezer and let it sit maybe 10-15 minutes to soften up a bit - it is then easier to bend around your knee (if using it on your knee). Can't say I highly recommend it.

I was very happy to purchase this product, which seemed to be well made overall and easy to use. effectively However, after 10 days of use for about 20 minutes a day alternating with a second pack, the bag developed a small rip, leaking the gel from inside. I wanted to contact the company, but the contact phone number was located in China and no local number was listed in the US. At that point, I didn't know whether to buy another one or not since there was no way to speak with a company person directly. However, I was able to contact Amazon and the problem was resolved right away. The representative, Andres was very kind and professional. He sent me a replacement which arrived within two days.
