Great product for the 5 days it lasted until my dog thought they were a delicious treat.

My previous headset was the Astro a50's and these matched up pretty well on the sound and comfort side of things.

I like the sound quality. The mic is adjustable. The only is that when you set it into the charging station, you have to move it around to make sure it's charging; otherwise it's stop. Overall, I would recommend this device to my friends.

So far I've been using RIG product for few years, previously using RIG 500E and giving me a good impression for wearing for long section comfort for the headset, even listen to music is great.

RIG 800 Pro is a great wireless headset in my opinion, this headset can go pretty loud even you max out can listen the detail without wear it. Great memory form earcup but the isolation for the headset not that good and wear for long section can easily sweat. Battery life is great with the charging port but why micro USB? Build quality for this headset is still same as my old RIG 500e plastic but lightweight and feels like weightless while wearing on it.
I've been trying on gaming for few games like competitive fps games I can hear very detail footstep from which direction coming from. For music I can hear more detail than before the bass is quite loud and detail, listening to J-rock song makes the song pack a punch. Even I enjoy watching movie with this headset is great!

But If you looking for a good mic headset, this is not a product for you. The mic is bad, really bad. I can't speak softly but keep picking up my environment sound like fans or my mouse clicking.
And I had tired connect to my Nintendo switch through my dock and it works!

This is hands down the best headset for the value, it easily competes with headsets that are $350. This headset shines in every aspect, materials, comfort, lightweight, build quality, sound quality, and only lacks a little bit in microphone quality. This headset also has flip to mute, and volume control/mic monitoring scroll wheels on the headset. The mic quality isn't the best compared to headsets like the steel series arctis pro, it also has noise cancellation like the arctis pro. That headset costs an extra $100! ($250 wired/$300 wireless). It bullies it in every other category besides mic quality. This headset has the best soundstage and ease of use compared to any headset that is within $250 of this headset. No other headset even comes close to the rig 800 HD. Not to mention, it's wireless, which is huge for only $150. I would pay $350 for this headset if that's what it was sold for. I love everything about this headset, the price, lightweight, great build quality and materials, durability. This beats every other gaming headset by a mile.

These headphones are comfortable and produce really good sound. Using these instead of speakers, I can hear more detail and bass response is also good.
