Very good overall! The rotary needle driver pen, electric driver and cords are high quality. The foot pedal feels a bit cheap but it is easily taken apart (to sterilize when needed). Everything looks to be ready to be easily sterilized.
This is a complete kit, even comes with synthetic sheet to practice tattoos on. The needles are high quality, standard quick connect style.
The pen has an easy to use, fine thread, depth adjustment for the needle drive length. There are dual orings, well greased so it turns easy. It is very quiet as well. There driver box can be set from 3.0 to 12.0, by 0.1 increments. I'm not sure what the units are, good range of oscillating speed control.
Super happy with this set, I'm still practicing for now....

This is beyond a doubt the best beginner tattoo kit I have ever come across... and that includes a lot of kits.
This one has several features other lack, and I'd like to point out what's included her, and what I believe is special and unique.

This comes with a really nice power-supply unit, which is digital. It comes with a 110v power cord, as well as a power cord from the power-supply to the tattoo pen. It's not the "standard" cheap power supply that you see in most other kits that don't include batteries. This is much nicer.
The tattoo pen itself is very well made, and beautifully finished. Beyond that, the shape itself is extremely pleasing (IMHO), and fits beautifully into your hand.
Two rolls of grip tape. Most kits only give one.
20 different ink colors (small bottles), as well as a larger black in (I mean really large). That's the largest black ink I've seen included in the kit, and have only seen one other kit that comes with that size black. However, that kit did not include as many color ink choices.
Excellent foot switch. This switch is better than 99% of the kits out there, including kits that are more expensive.
Two sheets of tattoo practice (or fake) skin. This synthetic skin allows you to practice on a medium that feels and works very much like human skin. The difference here is that the tattoo skin includes one blank, and one that has pre-printed tattoo designs. This makes it so much easier to get started. With other kits you must first draw or transfer a design prior to being able to practice.
Several tattoo transfer sheets. Most kits give one, if any.
Tattoo ink cups. Two bags of them, one large, one small. This is unique, as well.
40 excellent tattoo needle cartridges. These are really nice needle cartridges, and come in a great variety. You get 20 liners of two types, and 20 shaders of 2 types. The beauty of this kit is that it is the ONLY kit to include 1201RL single needle liners! No other kit I have seen has these.
Tow sanitary covers for a tray-table, to put your gear on when you work. This helps you work clean. No other kit I have seen has tray liners. These are black, and very tattoo-ey.
Lastly, it comes with two pairs of black latex gloves. Most other kits only come with one pair.

Really good to practice on fake skin, this kit has everything you need to start. I had an issue with the RCA cable but the customer service contacted me to fix the problem, i really like this tattoo machine to practice or do some tattoos. My son also play with it using pen catridges to draw on fake skin.

This tattoo gun is really nice small and compact. It comes with needles and easy to hold. This is one of the better tattoo guns. I've seen very durable nicely made I love the black, and the foot pedal is almost seamless with the power of the tattoo gun. In other words, the harder you press the harder the needle runs you can tap on the pedal and it runs. So smooth I haven't had any complaints about this gun.
