I had no idea this even existed until I had a problem with my printer. The item came quickly and included a plastic bag and screwdriver for clean disposal and installation. Those were nice surprises. Make sure you have some type of protection for your hands as this can get very messy to change and the ink will not come out so easily. Otherwise, it was easy to install and did fix my printer problem!
