Just like my title says, best keto bagels hands down. Most keto grain items like bread and bagels and muffins are stiff and crumble, as well are dry. And most don't toast or cook well. These bagels are different. Super soft, flavorful, well toasting and just a joy to eat. I actually prefer these to regular bagels now. Take a chance on them, you won't regret it.

1) these bagels taste pretty good
2) my bf likes them too and doesn't feel sick afterwards.
3) they toast well which is something that seems to be lacking from other keto breads and bagels we have tried.

I have now tried 3 or 4 different brands of similar "high fiber," "low net carb" bagels and I have to say that if I stay true to my latest (can you say nearly all my adult life!!) quest to reduce the amount of Carbs that I put into my mouth, that I finally believe I have found the ONE. Do they taste like water boiled bagels made in NYC, no they do not. But those "original' beauties are available here in the South or most places outside of the Northeast to be fair. But compared to others that I have found frozen in the grocery stores and two others that I have purchased and had shipped to me, like I had these sent to me, with a smear of cream cheese and a nice toasting, these are more than worthy to "dunk" into my morning coffee and enjoy. Would, no Definitely Will be purchasing these again..
