It really does have a lot of suction, even on its lowest setting. I bought this for my teen daughter who is experiencing acne. We have been getting her hydrofacials monthly. Those work very well but are expensive. I was hoping that in between the facials this product would help keep her pores cleaned out. Some of her acne bleeds. She has blackheads that are read on her forehead that tend to result in bleeding. Yet the blackheads on her nose still remain. To be fair I have not turned up the power much since I can see her skin get sucked up into the attachments. I think it is just a learning curve. This device has a lot of power.

My daughter loves it I even enjoyed using it and couldn't believe how easy it was to use and clean and it actually worked! It has 5 levels of suction I made the mistake and put it on 5 and leaving it a few second to long so it looks like I have a red mark/ hickey! I even tried it on my husband and he was impressed would definitely buy again! And I have sensitive skin and I use it on level 3

A great little tool. Both my son and I have had use for it. Removed a pesky blackhead and also seems to have applications for acne. I do suggest your do this after a shower so your skin is soft and it helps extract what you need. Only con is that I wish the suction was a little stronger
