I'm using this heater in a 350 sqft fully insulated lofted garage (12 ft ceiling height). The heater is powered by an Ecoflow Delta 2 Max (just connected a cigarette lighter plug to the wires on the heater).
Installation was a piece of cake: All that's needed is a straight screw driver to tighten down the clamps for the intake/outlet ducts and the exhaust. The display is self-explanatory to the point of rendering the instructions obsolete for operation (but the instructions do make for a highly entertaining read!!!).
I mounted the diesel heater to the outside of the garage in a small storage cabinet (a steel wire shelf enclosed with leftover insulated T1-11 siding beginning at the second shelf that the heater is sitting on) with an open bottom to allow for ventilation and to run the exhaust away from the cabinet. The duct is fed from the cabinet directly to the inside of the garage. It takes approx. 15 minutes to raise the temperature by 5 degree and approx. an hour to raise it by 15 degree when it is 36 degree fahrenheit outside. There is zero smell, just nice toasty warm air blowing inside.
Tip: Somewhere in these reviews someone complained about not being able to read the display ... remove that foggy protective plastic film from the display and then make the screen brighter for a while by hitting the power button (just 'tick' it, don't keep it pressed down).
All-in-all: One of the best purchases ever!!!

We love to go camping in remote areas. We have a roof top tent and a solar panel on the roof as well. It powers a yeti goal. We hooked this up to the yeti, it only draws like 2W. And we placed it outside our tent by the truck tire. It barely takes any diesel! And it runs all night but we can turn it up or down with the app without ever having to get up in the middle of the night. The lowest setting heats up our tent beautifully. Like it's toasty warm and cozy. It's also DRY air which is huge for us. It's a big step up from buddy heaters! And it's ridiculously silent.
I was unsure cause the brand seems questionable. It yells at us in every language but English. Which is fun. 🤣 But that's only when we change the settings manually. So you won't be waking up to that thankfully.
We also use it in our greenhouse when it gets cold. And it's kept all my plants alive!
10/10 would recommend and have recommended.
