I am very dissatisfied with this company and this wheelchair that I ordered for my special needs daughter. The chair is not well put together. The screws have fallen out of the chair several times within the past several month; thereby rendering it useless for my daughter. I contacted Rubicon several times to send replacement screws and each time they shipped incorrect screws. What company does not know it's own product and the type of screws that are needed to keep it operational? In my final attempt on last week, I reached out to ask them to send me the correct screws. The company sent me a tracking number and stated that the screws will be sent. After 2 weeks, I sent a text to company to ask where were the screws they promised and I received a text that informed me the screws could be found at Home Depot. Why wasn't this told to me on the first time that I contacted them? I am frustrated and completely disgusted about this whole matter. I would not recommend that anyone do business with Rubicon. This product is unreliable and not well made at all.

This wheel chair is easy to charge, and use. Older people do take a little time to get use to it. It has different speeds and the joy stick is user friendly. I think that the price reasonable. You can push it but because it has a motor, it is harder to use that way. It is lighter than some but is still a little heavy to lift above your waist. It is a good product.

I have been pleasantly surprised by all aspects of this order. The chair arrived early, which is always a good start. I had read some reviews and was concerned about an issue mentioned with the joy stick being too close for a long arm. It is adjustable, so that was not a problem. Also read some note about a turn radius problem. Well, the chair can turn in circles, so that is not a problem. I had already noticed that the speed was advertised as 6 mph but is actually 6 kph in the specifications. That is plenty fast for most usage. I just plan to cruise the casino floor, anyway.
I am going to place an order for a spare battery. Hoping that experience will be as pleasant.

This wheelchair is as advertises, and it really does weigh just 31lb. I looked at a number of wheelchairs, and there was quite a number that advertised light weight, but the battery life may have been shorter, or the instructions for opening and closing were more complicated than this chair.
The chair is very stable, easy to use, and very easy to open or close.
I did purchase a foam cushion for the seat. You are provided with a pad to make it more comfortable, however it was not enough for me.
I have used this chair in rather crowded places and was able to navigate and not run anyone down!
