I use WestSoy organic original soy milk every few days to make a batch of plant-based yogurt/sour cream in my instant pot. It's by far the BEST brand to use, texture is always perfect, and far less "bubbles" remain on top (compared to Trader Joe's boxed organic soy).

This soymilk comes in new packaging, and says it is identical to the old blue boxes. I think it probably is almost exactly the same, but there are tiny changes in a couple of ingredients. Not enough to change the product. But the price of plain soy milk is skyrocketing. If there was anything else I could use, I would change. I'm wondering if plain milk would be OK with cereal. But soy milk such as this can be kept in the cupboard for months w/o spoiling which is a huge advantage over other milks. Also, it is one of the few drinks I can tolerate, so I'm cringing as I order more, knowing I need it but upset about the price change. Will do more checking around to see if I can find plain soy milk at a more reasonable price.
