I don't always review products and if I do it's typically not this quick (Cause I want to test longevity with the product). However, with a product like this, time will likely not have a huge factor on the quality or rating. Having said that, this is an excellent product that is easy to install and has no problems supporting the Xbox Series X and accessories on the included holders.
Pros:
The holes for routing cables allow the cables to go either left, right, or down vs being only 1 direction.
Seems well designed with ventilation in mind, so there shouldn't be any heat issues with blocking vents like some of the others I saw available.
Included accessory holders. Enough for two controllers and 1 headset. Some other products seem to charge extra for those.
Meh:
My only gripe which I wont take any stars off is I wish it had a dedicated spot to hold a portable external HDD/SDD (Maybe along the back part above the mounting section?) I didn't see any similar products that had something either though.

Works great. Very stable. I feel very secure about it holding up my $600 investment (controllers included).
Engineered well. Just be sure to buy quality anchors.
However, it's a chunk of plastic molded into a shelf. I would say retail value is closer to $15-$20 dollars. Not sure if it's an Xbox tax. Kind of like the horse tax and boat tax, where things are just inherently more expensive.
I could have bought a nice shelf or TV mount for this price.
Overall, great product that should be cost less.
