I love these puzzles and only have one small complaint.

This is my third magic puzzle company puzzle and I am OBSESSED. I love the art work so much and I love the "magic" portion of the puzzle. My only complaint is that the pieces don't lock together very well, which causes a lot of pieces to separate while working on the puzzle.

The media could not be loaded. I had nothing but rave reviews for my first Magic Puzzle Company puzzle I did, The Mystic Maze, however I did mention rather loose pieces. THIS one takes the cake in that department though! I don't get how they claim to have pieces that "snap together and stay put". They most certainly do NOT snap and they 100% don't stay put!! Ridiculously frustrating and I'm 48-years-old! Kids will find this rather discouraging.
It's a shame because otherwise the rest of their claims are true! Such a fun puzzle! Great shaped pieces. Adorable art. Unique and delightful. If only the pieces were tighter...

If you like making puzzles then you need to buy all of these. I bought all nine in the set and I enjoy making them. These puzzles have a fun twist to them. They are colorful and a good thickness. One thing I would like was if they interlocked a little better. In moving them the pieces break apart easily, but I still would keep buying them.

Update: contacted customer service and they were great! They replaced our puzzle with a new one. I'm very thankful they stand by their product. Will buy again.
We spent hours putting together this puzzle only to find that we were missing a piece. It's incredibly upsetting and frustrating for someone with ocd. The puzzle itself is an interesting concept. Without giving away any spoilers, make sure you do your puzzle on a hard, flat surface. We did ours on a felt puzzle saver mat and it did not end well for us.
