I get people stopping me to tell me how great my scooter looks and I tell them it runs better. I did have a problem with the lights,horn and the seller jumped right on it and sent me what I needed to fix it. Along with a video on how to fix it. Also the charger quite working and they sent me a new one. I have to say the Gentleman who handled everything was supper nice and went out of his way to help me. This is a great scooter and a great company. Thank you.

one side of scooter floor got damaged in shipping. i was given the option of either a tech to fix it or a discount. andre actually answered his phone without going through a phone tree. very novel. this is my first scooter so i had a lot of beginner questions. he was great in answering them. also kudos to paul stone who reviewed in march 2023 and gave a detailed description of how to unpack and finish assembly. thank you, paul. i was leery of buying something as expensive as this without seeing it and trying it out. i didn't need to be concerned. it's a cadillac of scooters. now, all i have to do is practice using it so that i'm comfortable with how it operates.
