This has helped save me time during food prep! It is fairly easy to use with the occasional having to push harder with both hands. Honestly, that's probably more of a height issue since I'm short. The blades are sharp and easily cuts. This was a great price and comes with lots of different blade sizes. It is easy to clean too. I used it to put up tomatoes a few months ago and it made a huge mess. I had no problems cleaning it.
