This phone was an absolute game changer for our 94 year old grandmother. She wears hearing aids and could never hear us on a phone, she is able to have a conversation with us know. She also has macular degeneration and has very poor eyesight, I placed large letters in the picture spots and she can see them well enough to call us using the preprogrammed numbers. With other phones in the past her grip wouldn't be good enough to hold the phone properly but with the added grip on this phone she has much more success! Very happy with this purchase! She can call us from her assisted living without having someone help her!!! Brought back a sense of independence for her that she is always longing for!! Would recommend 1000 times again for elderly people!!

My mom is 85yo and is in a short term nursing facility while she recovers from surgery. She is hard of hearing and has some cognitive impairment, so she no longer remembers phone numbers. She had a phone in her room, but the volume was super low so she didn't even hear it when it rang. We switched it out with this one, and now she is able to answer our calls and call us with ease.
