The thing I loved the most was the instructions. I would have never known that putting olive oil on the suction cups could be helpful to creating a stronger bond (which will be helpful in snowy cold Colorado). I also loved that it came with two extra suction cups and that the food holder was removable. I can't wait to see birds trying this out! And hopefully, I will be able to use this beautiful feeder to take data for the FeederWatch project! I have had squirrels attach themselves to this window feeder and it still stayed up!

The biggest consideration for purchasing this product is knowing where you will put it. Don't worry about the suction application, it works in hot humid summers and super cold below zero winters. My home is in the upper Midwest. Can you reach it to deposit bird seed? To clean it? Will squirrels get in it? Squirrels will ruin it, like most other feeders ... overall, I'm happy.
