Update...the new bagels are listed as lower calories and carbs than the old bagels they sold. Maybe they are smaller...Good quality and taste pretty good. Not like regular bagels but pretty good. Has 22g of total carbs in a whole bagel but is high in fiber so OK if you are going by net carbs. Tastes more like low carb bread and not regular bagels, but us much lower in carbs than a regular bagel. I'm on a Mediterranean lower carb diet, not keto. I don't eat these every day. I freeze them so they last.

These were delivered by Fed ex but unfortunately left in the grass so when I brought the box inside there were ants all over it !!!!
But after realizing it was only the box and not the bagels I could not believe how fresh they were and the taste was awesome !!
