First of all, my kids love this. It was pretty straight forward and easy to install except for the extra long bolts that took forever to unscrew and screw back on. The only complaint I have is the foot rest. It isn't locked in place so the kids can kick it back towards you and catch your shin as you're peddling. Other than that, it is very sturdy and well made.
