FOLKS. THIS IS NOT A MILITARY GRADE BINOCULAR. THE FOCUS IS TRICKY AS IS WORKING THE UNIT. THE LEARNING CURVE IS A FEW HOURS OF CONSTANT USE. ONCE WE GET TRAINED ON THE UNIT, IT IS NOTHING BUT PURE FUN. MY WIFE AND I LOVE TO SPOT OWLS AT OUR FARM. WE LOVE WATCHING GROUND HOGS , COYOTES, AND ALL THE OTHER CRITTERS DOING THERE THING AT NIGHT. WE CALL IT NATIONAL GEO ON A BUDGET!!!! IM HOPING A THERMAL IMAGER LIKE THIS BECOMES AFFORDABLE. CANT WAIT. HAS GREAT RANGE AND BETTER BATTERY LIFE. TWO THUMBS UP. RUGGED. WATER PROOF- WE DROPPED COFFEE ON IT ALREADY. ALL GOOD!
