Very relaxing for restless legs. The heat setting has 3 levels, I can only use it on the lowest level, it gets pretty hot. The strength setting is strong as well. I use it on the lowest strength & it gets very tight like a blood pressure cuff. Almost uncomfortable but it depends on how tight you put it on & where it's placed. I have skinny legs so it's not like there's no room for expansion. It's definitely worth the money! I have RLS & am allergic to every RLS med out there, so this is wonderful for me! It can be used on calves, thighs & arms. It shuts off after 30 minutes, which is fine but I'd like to have a timer of maybe 45 minutes. It suggests not to use for more than 1 hr at a time. The only downfall to it is when you use the massage on it, it's loud. So if I have an episode of RLS & my husband's asleep, if I use massage, even in another room, it'll probably wake him up. The velcro is Very strong too! Pretty hard to get that apart & loud too. Other than that, it's amazing & I'm glad I bought it!
