I cannot believe I only paid $35 for this lamp! It is super cute. Easy to put together, seems sturdy enough. Turns on by stepping on a switch. Only potential drawback the lamp is a bit short. It even came with a bulb. I switched the bulb because I wanted an Edison bulb. I just got it today so I can't speak to longevity. If you like the style I would recommend this lamp. In store I have found similar style lamps for up to over $100. Most of my home decor I found on Amazon. I quickly realized the same stuff you see in stores can often be found on Amazon for much less.

The rods screwed together easily and the seams are barely visible. It has great directional ability and I love the floor switch. Overall this was a pretty good buy.

this floor lamp was easy to assemble, looks very nice, is sturdy and for general room/chair lighting would be fine. i needed task lighting at my sewing table and because this is overhead and not very adjustable it cast shadows exactly where i need to see what i am doing. I like this lamp; I am sharing only to save people from thinking it could work at a sewing table.
