We purchased this product for our new cabinets that were installed in May of 2023. The Mini Fridge arrived well packed and had no damage. Once installed the product worked as expected for 35 days. That is when we had an error appear on the display. I contacted the vendor and they suggested to unplug the unit for 24 hrs. to reset it. That took care of the issue for about another 30 days. Contacted the company again and they sent out two different sensors with instructions on how to replace them. It was easy to do and only took about a half hour. When I had the front panel off I could see the unit was icing up. I notified the company again with pictures and they thought the new sensor should take care of the issue. We went another 60 days until we threw the error again. I contacted the company and asked for a replacement or full refund. They refunded my account within three business days with no questions asked. They were also very apologetic and assured me that their technical department was going to investigate the issue and find a solution for any future problems. Because of the outstanding service after the sale is the reason for the 5 star rating.

I've had it for six months now and love it. I wanted something to replace my trash compactor and this fit perfectly! It is dual chambered, so the whites go on the upper level which I keep at 50 degrees and the reds at the lower level at 60 degrees. The upper level fits 15 bottles and the lower fits 11 bottles. I actually use one tray to keep 5-7 bottles of beer cool. It has a white LED light for effect that is timed to stay on for about 20 minutes give or take. It has been accurate to within one or two degrees. Watch for delivery though! I had to return the first two because a third party carrier delivered them upside down and all the internal fluids leaked out!

It's quiet and fits perfectly in the dishwasher hole. We have well water so the house was a joke to even have a dishwasher because of the hardness. Bought this to be a beer fridge. Without beverages the thermometer went to 33 degrees, with beverages is at 40 degrees. The temperature is my only reason for 4 stars. I read other reviews on similar units where people were able to relocate the sensor but I don't think I'll mess with it. The unit is so pretty and I love the blue light.
